We are pleased to announce that the latest recipient of a Scotwest Community Award is The Moira Anderson Foundation. Launched in North Lanarkshire in 2000 as a legacy to 11 year old Moira Anderson who went missing in 1957, the charity provides a place of safety and support for children and adults who have been affected by Childhood Sexual Abuse. The award will pay for the purchase of two benches to be placed in the memorial garden found in the Foundation’s outdoor space.
